I love wearing my little apron when I'm in the kitchen cooking. But over the years it has gotten a little worn and is definitely showing the signs of age. I decided to make myself a new one and in the act of creation I came across a vintage illustration of a heart shaped bib apron. I made a few adaptations, mainly with the skirt, changing it from a gathered waist to a semi circular skirt.
These are currently available to purchase from myshopor you can make your own on myworkshop |

From Monday 20th June I will be running a series of jewellery making workshops in collaboration with The 90 Day Cafe at their venue in The Great Western Arcade. The workshops are suitable for beginners or improver's with a different item taught each week.
The 90 Day Cafe prides itself on its breakfast sandwiches and a never-ending list of handmade cupcakes, all of which can be enjoyed whilst making your jewellery or why not stay and enjoy their healthy deli lunch menu.

Hi and welcome to my website blog. I will be using this blog to keep you inform of new products that I am or will be working on, updates on my workshops and other activities. I will also be adding the occasional "make" tutorial - so keep an eye out for those.
This is my current new make - a daisy chain anklet. I will have these for sale on the website very soon. Handmade from seed beads with a trigger clasp fastening. I will have these in other colours.
Photo above is a fuller chain and the one to the left is a single chain. |
