I love running my workshops if you've attended one of them I would love to hear from you just click here.

Hi Ellie!

As I promised I would, I have attached some photos of fascinators that I have made since your workshop! I absolutely love doing them! People are starting to ask to buy them now.

I would like to say a BIG "Thank you" for making my time at your workshop on Monday enjoyable and relaxing. I was very pleased with the finished product. This weekend I will be buying more material to try to make another one! Thank you again for your kind hospitality. I will be looking on your web-site to attend other workshops shortly.

Hi Ellie,

Thouroughly enjoyed the day with you and thank you for the links to websites that will be of use to us. We were just wondering where we could buy the little charms that you gave us for the charm bracelets that were engraved as "hand made"?

Kind Regards

Tracey

I'd had bad experiences with sewing at school, however, in recent times had been considering trying to learn as I love dresses, especially vintage ones and the thought of making my own was very appealing. I found Ellie through a search on google and booked my first class. I was extremely nervous and anxious as had always found the sewing machines very difficult to use at school. Ellie made me feel instantly relaxed and I went home with a tote bag - it didn't seem so daunting now! Now within 2 months, I've just finished my first dress based on one of my favourite rockabilly dresses and I love it and so do all my friends. Ellie is fantastic at explaining dressmaking techniques and I'm astounded by how much I have learned in a relatively short time. The classes are also really fun and lively and I look forward to them every week. It's obvious that Ellie gets as much enjoyment out of teaching and sharing her knowledge and expertise, as I do out of learing this wonderful new skill. Two months ago, I knew nothing - now I know how to read a pattern, cut fabric, various techniques (e.g. pleats, gathers, seams, piping etc) and I have enough confidence to try a simple pattern at home on my own. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone thinking about starting out.
